Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The only item that is exempt from being returned is gift cards; we do not accept returns of gift cards.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that due to shipping costs, we do not provide free shipping for returned items. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is delayed or missing, please first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then, reach out to your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund is posted.

If you have followed all these steps and you still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us. Please note that only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and include images of the defective items.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping returns

To initiate your product return, please email us at contact@mybestfriendsbakery.com. You will need to cover your own shipping costs for returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you can vary depending on your location. For returning items of higher value, you might want to use shipping insurance.
