All our treats are made with oats. Oat-based dog treats are a wonderful choice for pups with allergies or sensitive tummies. Unlike other grains like wheat or corn, oats are naturally hypoallergenic, making them far less likely to trigger an allergic reaction. This makes them an ideal go-to ingredient for dogs with food sensitivities.
We use several eggs in each batch of dog treats we make. Eggs are good for dogs because eggs offer an excellent source of high-quality protein, essential for building and repairing tissues, supporting muscle growth, and maintaining a healthy weight. Eggs also contain essential vitamins and minerals such as vitamin A, B12, riboflavin, selenium, and iron, which contribute to overall health and well-being.
Many of our most popular varieties incorporate fresh ingredients like spinach, carrots, zucchini, blueberry, bananas, and cranberries. Fresh fruits and vegetables are good for dogs because they introduce vitamins and Minerals like A, C, and K, and potassium and magnesium, which support overall health and well-being. Fresh ingredients also provide dogs with necessary antioxidants which help protect cells from damage, boosting the immune system and potentially reducing the risk of certain diseases.
Our Story:
This whole thing started when the youth pastor at our church threw down a crazy challenge: if each kid could make $100 on their own, he’d take the whole crew out to dinner to celebrate. Now, for three country kids in the middle of nowhere, fundraising options were about as scarce as stoplights. But these weren’t your average farmhands, and they weren’t about to let down the team! They put their heads together, talents on the table (and some moolah!), and came up with a paw-sitively brilliant idea: homemade dog treats!
They whipped up a batch so good that tails were wagging all over town. Not only did they crush their $100 goal, but they got hooked on working hard and earning their own money, and they set their sights on their next mission: paying for a super sick summer camp! They kept baking, the treats kept selling, and soon, they weren’t just raising enough for themselves but for their friends, too!
Their dream grew bigger than a prize-winning pumpkin! They envisioned the whole youth group at camp, making memories that would last a lifetime. That’s when the idea for our company sprouted. Fueled by hard work and hearts full of sunshine, three country kiddos set out to turn their delicious treats into a force for good.
Our prayer? To help hundreds, maybe even thousands, of rural kids experience the joy of camp, sports, and all the incredible blessings our great country has to offer. So, grab a bag of our treats, unleash your furry friend’s inner champion, and join us on this tasty adventure!
